Here are my solutions:
1. Stop having children 2. Stop having children 3. Introduce a sensible, skills-based immigration policy (such as they have in Australia/Canada/New Zealand) and stop being so bloody frightened of being accused of being racist for denying access -an 'open doors' policy is every bit as racist and patronising as not ("OMG, the poor coloured/minority/ethincally challenged people! How will they survive? Obviously, they're ALL persecuted, as they say, and don't have the brains to think up a quick sob story to get past Immigration" - such a ridiculous post-Empire state of mind - jeez, get over the White Man's Guilt already...) 4.
