			<description><![CDATA[ I went to Westfield on Saturday - I am not the biggest fan of shopping centres but I did enjoy going here as it is sooooo big. All the kids toys and clothes
shops are bunched together so that you can avoid the kids and Moos (yeay!!) . . . . all the designers are there - I couldn&#39;t afford to buy from them, but
it was nice to nosey around them to see what they sold. Tiffany&#39;s was immense - if only I could win that lottery!!!!! Mrs MB - the shoes in Jimmy Choo were

			<description><![CDATA[ A brewery has launched a beer with a 32% alcohol content, called Tactical Nuclear Penguin. This goes with their strong 18.2% beer Tokyo and their low alcohol
beer called Nanny State (the latter so named after they were rebuked by watchdogs for releasing an 18.2% beer). Personally I think it sounds revolting, as
strong beer tastes like whisk(e)y and I hate whisk(e)y.

close to the stage if anyone fancies them for £20 each (face value of £60) - I got them as a block of 4 off ebay when I only wanted 2 - and there&#39;s a
single one in the next block, even nearer the stage.

			<description><![CDATA[ Well peeps after 2 and a half years of begging, pleading etc (my greyhound Fred died and that time) we have finally got a puppy. He is a Shitz Tzu x Maltese
(Malshi), is 16 weeks old, fully housetrained, innoculated etc.

			<description><![CDATA[ Returned from North Eastern Tibet on Thursday eve. It took me three days to get to the airport including a nigh on drowning experience due to a horrific flash
flood. I was inside a house and had to be rescued by the local soliders/police which was the most surreal experience of my life. Stayed out in the nomads land
for three weeks in a tent down a breathtakingly beautiful river valley, washed in the ice cold Evian river daily and also drank from the crystal clear waters.

tonic, cake and cash and although I&#39;m slightly trepedacious (is that a word? the right word?) about the weather, I&#39;m looking forward to a top weekend
in a field, drinking beer, listening to music and enjoying the company of my bestest CF buddies.

On Friday I have been invited to a day in Champneys in Forestmere, courtesy of one of my favourite mortgage lenders! We&#39;ve been granted full use of the Spa
facilites all day including a facial and massage, lunch laid on. I&#39;ve booked a pedicure which I have to pay for but I&#39;m SO worth it. They suggested
bring gym kit but can I be bovvered???
